Change Notes:

Cracked:
Updated textures and terrain.
Added craters in the middle of the map and on opposite sides of the side pools.
Removed a significant amount of unecessary objects causing resyncs.
Updated path points to properly allow recycler spawns in mpi mode.

Impact:
Removed a lot of uncessary grass and other objects
Removed local fog.
Updated texture_1 to be a grass instead of mud.

Rift:
Very small terrain update.
