*Add 5 Psionic Powers:

+ Psionic Mirage: During effect, each Manifestation allows psionic leader generate resources.

+ Ship From Beyond: Summon fleet(s) of empire designs to the capital system.
Summoned fleet(s) have reduced Upkeep.

+ Slow Timeflows: Cause a year of shutdown toward enemy empires in war, forcing them unable to build and (barely) move any ships.

+ Magnetic Personility (the new one): Convert one of the ethic in your Empire to the one selected. Only available with Chosen One ruler.
Not support mod-added ethics.

+ Break the Patron: Cancel the Convenant of the current Shroud entity.


*Psionic Power changes:

  • Forceful Awakening only cost 25 Psionic Power now.
  • Borrow Boons: Cost fewer Psionic Powers to cast.
  • Shroud Rebreach: Now gives -33% Delve Cooldown for 5 years.
  • Temporary Signgularity: Now +10% Empire Unity and encourage Pops generating +0.5 Unity. (From +0.33)
  • Instant Constructs: Also affect Decisions.
  • Psionic Avatar: Gives 1 to 3 Avatar Armies upon casing. (From 1)
  • Resource Borrows now somewhat gives resources based on empire development.
  • Spirit Worker: They can travel effortlessly via Hyper Relays now.
  • Bubble Shield: Reduced mulitply shield effects, gives Shield Hardening, and only last 12 months.
  • Churlish Atmosphere: Now gives tense neignbor empires increased Influence costs. Pops cost Influence for 12 months.
  • Dissonance of Heart: Now gives Pop Amenities Panility instead of Happiness.
  • Psionic Rift: Now last 10 years. (Up from 5)
  • Rename: the original 'Magnetic Personility' is now known as 'Mindtwists', its adjusted effects applys to tense neignbors.
  • Renegade Cogitations: Cost fewer Psionic Powers, but has more difficulties causing revolts.
  • Spirit Flame: 10 times the explosive, caught fleets can barely survive now.
  • Power Tribute: Also accelerate the progress of the currect Convenant Rank. (3.6 added)
  • Secret Breaker: Now favor Operations and gives all Spy Networks in use +25 Infiltaration Levels.
  • Extend Life: Also allows Psionic Leaders gain self producing resource traits.
  • Population Growth: Now only affect Psionic Pops.

*Make Psionic Empire has easier way to gain more Psionic Power Caps.
*Some Psionic edicts changes.
*Reduced some psionic tech costs.
*Slightly UI changes.
*Miscellaneous add and fixes.

*Fix custom ambient objects not being clean properly.

Spirit Flame changes:

*When exploded, all hostile ships within the system receive 5 years of movement penalty.

*Made them cannot destroy Blokkat fleets from Gigastructural Engineering & More Mod. (Requested from Elowiny to prevent unintended game-breaking issues)

*Now it's faction has pse_country_is_spirit_bomb country flag.

*Affected system now has 1800 days of pse_bomb_exploded_system star flag.
