Big changes follow with ( patch 9) now every ruler personality also provides "Avoid ugly borders modifier" which helps the AI to take whole states. A lot of changes in AI logic about defend and attack pattern. Small adjustments in Idea groups and few minor fixes also small improvements with fighting rebels.
