3.0 Update
* Fixed many issues caused by changes to PDX scripting in 3.0, allowing the mod to work for 3.0
* Added 'Recent Colony World' modifier on Rogues/Hegirans settling a world. This should prevent the same world from being settled over and over (mostly in the case of it being in a dangerous system where they're insta killed)
* Minor localisation fixes

Fixes issues with machine intelligence AIs spawning without machine trait, also several localisation fixes and menu tweaks.
