-Added a warning for people who haven't installed the Power Pack Framework

Update 4.4.6 converted the MPP to the Power Pack Framework.

-Changed the Stormbreaker's description to include credits to GrinnyBeanie (Sorry about that!)
-Fixed Stormbreaker not being able to be spawned facing left.
-Fixed random character disappearing if you characters from other mods had the same name (thanks aspa!)
-All items and weapons are now grouped together away from the characters and syringes.
