Max RPG AP is ~700mm but only at minimum range
Most RPGS average a max of ~ 500mm

Fixed T80 Vision and missing repair kit
Blastwave on Incendiary Grenades reduced or removed
Throw range fixed -> range of 30 applied to patterns and missing throw ranges
China gun presets added.
Nerfed Unused China Type 99 gun file. No longer has 3000 AP at any range
Buffed RPGS and handheld rocket launchers: More accuracy and armor penetration

Added bullet100.rok, bullet115.rok, bullet125.rok ATGM ammo type for Russian tanks
Changed all RUS vehicles in vehicles.pak to spawn with new ammo type and removed buggy code for old non-working system. REQUIRES REINSTALL TO SEE
Editted Russian guns to fire new ATGM ammo. REQUIRES REINSTALL OF VEHICLE.PAK ABOVE.
REQUIRES SPAWNING NEW TANKS TO SEE IN INVENTORY.
Changed tank gun range and velocity to depend on preset to make future balancing easier.
TOW, Hot and other ATGMS buffed. Damage now on par with RED ATGMS.
T80UM2 vision added.
Removed old tow.ammo in ptur/sistem folder (redundant extra)

Titanium Smoothbore Gun -> Best AT gun in the game with 2000 max penetration at close range and dropping to 1500 at max.
Lemanruss 150mm/152mm Cannons-> Tank guns with ~2000 max penetration at close range and dropping to ~200 at max.
Lemanruss 203mm Cannon-> Pinpoint accurate Rapidfire Howitzers with 800 max damage at close range
Lemanruss 57mm Cannon -> AT Gatling Cannon with 200 max penetration
Lemanruss 122mm Cannon -> Stubby Light Tank Cannon with max 500 penetration

Bolter HMG -> Coaxial gun for Lemanruss tanks.
