Major update on the Fvynchynch Special Stoner 63. Increased the range (250 from 200), lowered the Minimum Damage (30 from 35), lowered the RPM (700 from 750), increased penetration (20 from 15), and updated the code regarding the Hook.GetCapacity.

Also updated the Fvynchynch Special Stone 63 to change skins when equipped with the Upgraded Pack-A-Punch.

Added the 120-Round 5.56mm Magazine for the Stoner 63. Added compatibility for the Hook.GetCapacity value when equipped with the Upgraded Pack-A-Punch, holding a whopping 300 rounds compared to the 60-rounder's 180 rounds with given the Upgraded PAP.

Updated the DrawTime buff for the Omni-Perks and the Wide Grips for the Double-Barrel SG.

The Fvynchynch Special M134 Minigun no longer excludes the other attachment slots when using the Chaingun Perk.

Updated the Fvynch Special weapons. They can now accept ArcCW grips and their tactical slot has been expanded.
Updated the Improved WLP to have the same buffs and nerfs of the Improved Steady Aim attachment.

Whoops, found out that the Jduge uses the "357" ammo type and the Upgraded PAP for guns that use the "357" ammo type didn't have the "ammo_pap_sg" slot priority/attachment point. I fixed it now.

Tweaked the Upgraded PAP code again to ensure that they trigger the PAP skins (if the guns have them) except for the Alt versions.

The Upgraded PAP can be used on the new Raging Judge revolver.

Found out I forgot to make the Upgraded PAPs of the Launchers equal to one another (the non-Projectile versions only had 5.0 damage multiplier compared to the Projectile versions' 15.0 damage multiplier).
Made the Launchers' Upgraded PAPs have a 10.0X damage multiplier to compete with the per-shot firepower of the Magnum and Sniper Upgraded PAPs.

Increased the damage and blast radius of the Upgraded PAPs for the Launchers and the Ray-Gun.
Greatly reduced the velocity of the Improved UBGLs when used by NPCs.
Greatly increased the velocity of the Improved UBGLs when used by Players.
I had accidentally gave the Improved Steady Aim a nerf for movement speed. While 10% reduction wasn't noticeable, especially when using the Omni-Perks, it was nonsensical to have that be a nerf for the Improved Steady Aim. So I gave the Improved Steady Aim a 25% increase in movement speed.

Whoops, accidentally forgot about the whole ActivateElements thing. That was what's causing the extended mags to happen on certain weapons. As fun as a 50-round Smith & Wesson was, I had to tone it down. So the "extendedmags" flag from the GSO Upgraded PAPs are gone.

Updated the Upgraded PAPs.
The regular Upgraded PAPs no longer apply to weapons with the "357" (Magnum) ammo type. The "357" weapons will now share the same Upgraded PAP as the "SniperPenetratedRound" (Sniper) weapons.
