1.) Added the 9K34 Strela-3 FS rocket launcher. It deals more damage on account of it firing the Launchers' Upgraded PAP Projectile. Its damage value (only relevant with the Hitscan version) is 100, twice that of the Hawk MM-1 FS' damage. Range is 700, twice that of the base 9K34 Strela-3. Its extended magazine size (only relevant with the PAPs installed) is 6, double the extended mag capacity of the RPG-7 and the base 9K34 Strela-3. Its muzzle velocity is 300000, superior to the base 9K34 Strela-3's 30000.

2.) Launchers' Upgraded PAP Projectile has its blast damage changed (1000 BD from 2000 BD).

3.) Updated the Hawk MM-1 FS to use the "Crossbow" holdtype when active and the "RPG" holdtype when ADS.

07-21-2021 A.D.:
1.) Okay, turns out that the MagExtender flag of the CS+ versions of the Upgraded PAPs do something funny to the mag capacities of the non-CS+ guns. So instead of using the CS+ versions, the ForTuna-compatible PAPs will be from the GSO versions, as instead of bumping your mag capacity to 50 rounds (which was a mistake I made with earlier versions of the GSO PAPs), it'll just double your gun's mag capacity.
2.) Removed the PAP-UP Suffixes from the Upgraded PAPs.
3.) The Olympia's Hades Upgraded PAP now gives 12 extra pellets instead of 10.
4.) Added the MOAR DAKKA!!! Suffix to the MOAR DAKKA!!! FCG.

1.) Minor update: Just had the CS+ versions of the Upgraded PAPs and the Omni-Perks be compatible with the new Project ForTuna pack. May delete this if you guys don't like it.
