-Made crab civilian buildings buyable
-Crab civilians inhabit the formerly unoccupied domes, these can be buy.
-Added a town patrol
-Added Signs for the different shops, and a robotics shop with 2 skeleton repair beds
-Removed the farm and trade goods shop
-Added bar thugs, a thief group and plastic surgeon as bar squads
-Slightly changed the town's layout, gave it the "Town" settlement type.
