- get hit by projectile while nspec is active no longer grant buff. But offer a counter with own Fspecial then out Nspec on a longer cooldown.

Mostly Nspec change this patch:

* Heartless (nspec 2): Is now a state that make Chara movement become abnormal while the bar is paused

* After Parry, you enter Heartless state with attack bar set to middle

X got hit end Nspecial

* Got hit by projectile hitbox will make Chara enter Heartless state for extended period.

* Got hit by melee hitbox will block the damage of the hit.
But the freeze stun Chara have to suffer is much worsen than before
(more punishable than a parry stun for comparision)
