Fixed building slot unlocks. (wasnt aware that was tied to city districts)
Fixed ringworld origin being completely broken (in the bad way not the good)
Added creation of a chamber of elevation on start

Tweaked Districts
City District housing 5 (was 6)
Monolith district housing 3 (was 4)
Monolith Segement housing 30 (was 20)

Removed 1 city district from necroworld origin

Tweaked origin starting populations:
World starts with 30 (was 28) (18 necrophages & 12 secondary species)
Ring starts with 40 (was 28) (25 necrophages & 15 secondary species)

Which leads to the main thing I've struggled with today:
"Fixed" secondary species. You cannot design one (I cannot for the life of me get that to work no matter what I try) but there is a system in place to randomly generate a secondary species to start off with.

Added in cosmetic decision to change the graphics of a Necroworld/ring to be more Dark and Purply Shadowy (at the request of MayhemX8)

It does not provide any sorta change to how the planet functions at all. It is still the same planet class with all the same characteristics. It just changes the look of the planet/ring.
