- Fixed a bug where if Matt got hit out of Fspecial after grabbing someone, they'd still count as his target and cause weird glitches with the Fspecial punch attack

- Uthrow now skips the first hit if a portal isn't placed beforehand, making it faster and rewarding portal placement more
- Soft armor reduced on different parts of Fstrong, Dstrong, Ustrong, Utilt, Dattack, Dair, and Dspecial
- Jab max charge knockback reduced
- Fspecial punch attack knockback scaling reduced (1.15->1.05), and max charge knockback reduced
- Fstrong knockback scaling reduced (1.3->1.25), and max charge knockback reduced
- Ustrong knockback scaling reduced (1.28->1.18, 1.15->1.05), and max charge knockback reduced

- Added rune C, rune D, rune E, and rune F. Now Matt has a full set of runes
- Added 3 more Miiverse posts (he now has 4 total)
- Added an aerial sprite for Nspecial
- When playing most characters, the other player(s) can now prevent Matt from enabling his OP mode by holding the attack button at the start of the match. This is mainly to prevent people from abusing this feature online
- Toned down weight when using rune A (0.4->0.7), and moved the spike effect from rune N to rune C
- Matt now has a system that counters most OP characters. This is just for fun and results may vary
- Fixed a bug where FTILT could hit forever when using Matt's OP mode
- Reduced Fspecial startup (17->15) and endlag (22->20)

- Increased horizontal movement during Dthrow
- Rune O now gets extra horizontal velocity during Dthrow
- Added Agent N support
- Fixed certain projectiles not being unbashable
- Fixed that Uthrow didn't stop Matt's horizontal velocity when teleporting to the target
- Fixed that landing with Dthrow didn't stop Matt's horizontal velocity
- Fixed a bug where losing the grabbed target during the start of Uthrow would leave both portals active
