Hitpause now works based on hitboxes and adds the hitlocktimer variable when checking lock out
Can is effected by hitpause
Can now requires a fresh DSPECIAL to use again (you used to be able to use a can immediately after you hit if you timed it correctly.
"canUse" is a new variable that you can modify for how many frames are wasted if you use dspecial.
More Draw elements in debug mode
Parrying now gives stun and destroys the can

Cringe VSP/HSP pushing bug is still in the game and I have no idea what causes it.

Duck hunt can! Hit it around and bounce it off the trashbag for cool trick shots (Dino made this!)

Last hits of Nair don't multihit
Nair now has Angle Flipper 6 on the first hit(s)
Nair now sends at angle 70 so its clearer to di (was 60)
Nair bkb on first hits lowered (7>5)

Bair landing lag increased (4>6)
Bair startup increased (6>8)
Bair angle changed (inside hitbox 80>90, outside 90>100)
Bair KBS increased (.3>.5 all hits)

Dtilt Tipper is now disjointed

Utilt is way bigger!
Utilt startup increased (7>9)

Nspecial1 active frames decreased
Nspecial startup increases as charge increases (1 is the same, 2 is 12, 3 is 16, thanks for the help DinoBros!)
Nspecial3 is no longer transendant

Now a multihit
Angle on back hit of nair 120 > 60

Dtilt:
Startup reduced 10 > 7
Sourspot angle reverted 80 > 90

Dash attack:
No longer falls out

Jab:
launching hit sends further up (70 > 80)

Nspecial:
Endlag reduced 20 > 13

Inners alt was changed (by his request)
