-Heir education now takes into account your current heirs stats, and in case of receiving an outcome which would put your
heir "over" the cap of 6; the country will gain compensation in Mana. (Was a level 4 mil skill, went on to gain 3 mil
skill in education, gained 2 mil skill and 100 mil mana).
