Replaced Love Bowling level with an ice puzzle level, in order to fix compatibility with Repentance

Updated and fixed stuff for Repentance

- Removed multiline tips from the hint beggar
- altered end of "Everyone hates autoscrollers"
- added restart bum to "Merry go around"
- Fixed missing pit in "Donut drive me glazy"
- removed pits in "dont look back"
- fixed glitch of conserved velocity when dying while being in the "autoscroller" state
- fixed console command for rooms with ids
- made "slip, slide & die" a bit easier
- Changed "Escord the blocks" to not be cheated that easily
- made red and green creep a bit smaller

- Improved Pushable Rock physics

- Fixed ice block double touch glitch

- Fixed IFrame reset mechanic

- Removed IFrames after restarting a room after dying
- Clarified Hint 5 infotext
- When hint 5 spawns it will automatically remove possible effects caused by its nearby objectproperties

- Level "Dont look Back" can now no longer be cheated using iframes
- Pickups can no longer spawn when in a challenge room
