- Flat Scopes no longer still render the full sized RT scope (Doyy)

- Fixed some of the major issues resulting from yesterday's update
- Sight and sprint animations, where present, should be normalized
- Fixed issue with shotguns that shoot projectiles
- Added "Flat Scopes", which is a traditional scope implementation. It is even less performance intensive than cheap scopes, but comes at the cost of peripheral vision. Mod makers can also set their scopes to always be flat scopes if they wish.
