v2.1.0 aka QOL Update

MAJOR CHANGES
-majority of edelgard's stats are now configurable
-hegemon mode has reduced damage only when attacked instead of absorbing all forms of damage. bit of a nerf, but will fix a lot of mod incompatibility
-aymr now induces insanity (like nightmare amulet) on non-edelgard characters instead of setting their "actual" sanity to 0. should help w accidental equips
-crest of seiros and fire counters now reset to 0 when deactivated or dying

MINOR CHANGES
-optimized old/outdated code, minor text fixes
-fixed swap_icon art and some low quality sprites
-changed some sound effects
