Hegemon hunger drain: 2x faster --> 3x faster

NEW HEGEMON ABILITIES:

20% faster while transformed, with a 20% larger hitbox
Immune to hitstun, freezing, heating, and item slippage
Has 50% natural damage resistance (this stacks with her Imperial Crown for a total of 80%)
Can shoot a magic projectile by ctrl+clicking enemies while barehanded (deals 100+ depending on the multiplier)
Automatically unequips all items other than the imperial crown and aymr and cannot requip them while transformed

DIMITRI INTERACTIONS:

-Small sanity drain around Dimitri
-Receives and deals 10% more damage to Dimitri
-Unique dialogue when inspecting Dimitri or his weapon Areadbhar
