Disabled the vanilla classes because they were broke as all hell. and i finally figured out how to disable them.

I changed some of the naming around so I don't potentially trip-up with existing IP. So i'm going to go for a far more 'General' Steampunk theme.

The last update broke save games because I also changed some background code that makes it easier to add content later, I am really sorry. It shouldn't happen again. Babies first mod.. mistakes are gonna happen :(

Fixed an issue with the Charge bar bonus. I couldn't figure out how to get % elemental reduction, but now I know, so it's getting added.
