* Added 2D Terrain box. 3D / 2D terrain is now toggled alongside the toggle miniatures button (before deploying anything. using this button after deployment is too late).
* The Terrain box can also be toggled independently by clicking on the 2D / 3D buttobn in front of it.

* added 2021Q4 Releases (currently asoiaf-stats builder does not support them until they are added to Warcoucil, which will hopefully happen soon, but builder.asoiaf.fr and asoiafbuilder.com should already have them and they can be imported from there)
