Fishing Season seems to be at its end, and we're finally getting a taste of the Clan Selection sets! Both Dauntless and Fromage seem pretty good and fair at the moment, which I like to see. Not sure if they are strong enough, but they definitely seem fun! Next week will be the reveal of Spectral Duke Dragon, a unit many people were waiting for to return so look out for that!

The Melody archetype got some huge support in the form of Plon. Other than that, not too many new cards this week. The new restriction list has also been revealed today, and it made some of the cards that were restricted before, Shirayuki, Doriane and Angerblader, to be put back to 4. Not sure how to feel about it, but guess we'll see what it'll cause in the current meta.

A lot of fishies, new and old! With PR♥ISM returning with their aggressive multi-attacking and power gaining playstyle (now based on binding instead of bouncing), Meer leaving the Duo archetype to become an Angel Feather like mermaid, and the new idol Lyricle who focuses on using her own Order Card to revive her mermaid friends and make opponents intercept like crazy! We also got a manga promo version of Dragonic Overlord, in the form of "The Turnabout", who seems to restand all the Overlords instead of just himself.

We are reaching the end of VBT11 and starting VEB15: Twinkle Melody. But other than that, no big reveals in terms of new cards this week. Although there are some big art reveals this week. Names like Ethics Buster, Valeos and Zeal, and sub-clans/archetypes like Nightmare Dolls, Dudleys, Battle Sisters, Regalia, PR♥ISM-Duo and Hammsuke with new and/or old units are returning in "Clan Selection Vol. 2"! Pretty hype stuff! Even though I love that Zeal is back, I will say that it's a shame that DP players didn't get their long-awaited Daikaiser. Next week we'll get some DAIGO reveals, so look forward to that!

Gavrail and some more Black Gravers were revealed this week in all their Rescue Check glory! They seem kinda like a "more powerful / less card draw" version of Susanoo to an extent. Other than that, the big main units for "Clan Selection Vol 1" has been revealed. The art and names at least! I'm glad to see Gastille, Spectral Duke and Fianna return, with Malkuth-Melekh returning with a new form! The new units for Tachi, Megacolony and Gear Chronicle also look pretty cool. Looking forward to see what unit art and names will be revealed with Vol 2!

This week we've got Vanquisher support and the Nociel archetype in Standard! Vanquisher seems to really help out the deck, with FULLBRONTO keeping the ever important name of Dragonic Vanquisher and giving more options. The Nociel line seems aggressive tool-boxy, yet piece reliant with having to get the right cards in the damage zone. The new set reveals, CLAN SELECTION PLUS 1 and 2, seems to be pretty hype as well with returning gems like: The BLOOD, Chaos Breaker, Ashlei (Jewel Knights) and more. Next week we'll see Gavrail, so I'm excited to see what this "hyper-aggressive" playstyle will look like.
