Fixed rendering issues with mining/research stations and Habitats.

Fixed a missing address in the .gfx for the defence station/large defence platform.

Fixed an issue with the downscaled stations not appearing for the dynamic colour variant.

The issue arises from the downscaled ship entities using the fedbuild_03 prefix, while the dynamic colour variant uses fedbuild_04, with fedbuild_03 as a fallback culture to avoid duplicating meshes. This works for ships, but not for stations or other structures.

It is fixed now, but if you see other issues, this is likely the cause.

Fixed an issue with the Downscaled Ships Civilian ships not appearing. Also altered the transparency of the habitat texture to make it less bright.

This update should bring "compatibility" with Downscaled Ships in the form of two new cultures with the scaled down ships, available at species creation. Their codes are fedbuild_03 (for the default) and fedbuild_04 (for dynamic colours). It should also be NSC compatible at the same time, as it just creates a new, scaled down, culture.

As well it should fix some of the issues of the Mining Station and Habitat models not appearing as intended.

Updated the mod with compatibility for Stellaris 2.7.1, as well as NSC2, as well as many new ship models!
