added windshield wipers and updated blue car trunk

Tweaked some sounds, changed all the music, added a piggyback forklift to the flatbed trailer, adjusted the driver seats to be closer to the steering wheels, added small red lights to some of the tallest buildings

Updated texture vmt's with $nodecal parameter and added trigger_pushes to top of wall and shoulder railing.

Big update released! 8/31/20
It includes: --------------------------------------------------------
-Overhauled skybox with passing cars and buildings and custom sky with stars and moon
-changed some sounds
-added an RV complete with galley, bedroom, and bathroom with shower stall
-moved some of the vehicles to different lanes.

Added breakable windows, added signiture room, changed and adjusted some sounds

added 3 new songs and extended the skybox

changed some wav files to mp3 and added more music
