*reverted back the previous change that star-eaters can only be built in megashipyards megastructures because some people who do not own the "federations" dlc would not be able to build the star-eater otherwise. so star-eaters can now also be built vanilla-like once you got a colossus yard building on your citadel or eternal citadel starbase

*Major update for Stellaris Nemesis 3.0.1
*NEW GAME REQUIRED
.. if you want to continue an old game pre 3.0.1 please use my workshop for the legacy version of ACG for Stellaris 2.8.1

*added one max building option to starbases for high-tier starbase citadel and eternal citadel (to account for more starbase buildings like new option transfer hub)
*removed pop growth/assembly nerf for bigger empires. pop growth/assembly will still have a new growth function with slower growth for bigger planets consistent with new vanilla growth functions but it just does not make any sense that pop growth would be nerfed for bigger empires (not bigger planets)
*rebalanced sensor ship components => lower amount of sensor and hyperlane range and upgrade progress will be more slowly
*fixed bug of graviton carrier ship section only being able to equip 3 bomber squads instead of 5
*the new crisis star destroyer can only be constructed in megashipyards (not starbases) => the same like for the juggernauts (in vanilla they can also be constructed in normal shipyards)
*rebalanced and reworked the new star destroyer ship class
*increased ascension perk eternal vigilance weighting for AI
*removed manufactoring building adjustments
*removed all namelists but integrated new code to make ACG better compatible with new namelist mods like Cybrxkhans Namelist mods
*rebalanced transit starbase building (cheaper upkeep with ACG)
*fixed some vanilla bugs on the way to update ACG
*added new graphic ship models for the nemesis shipset and ACG's new ship classes and reworked vanilla nemesis graphical shipmodels to fit into ACG
*added new imperial army icon consistent with ACG army icons
*updated and extended interface graphics consistent with ACG + UI Overhaul Dynamic
*included further fleet power calculation optimizations
*included general code adjustments and updates that were necessary after the nemesis update

NEW: CYBRXKHAN'S ASSORTMENT OF NAMELISTS FOR STELLARIS => NOW COMPATIBLE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

*fixed a syntax error in a file that is currently not used with ACG (so no impact on any gameplay)

*subtle balance adjustment regarding movement acceleration and speed of battleships, carriers, dreadnoughts, supercarriers and titans. as a result battleships will accelerate and move very slightly faster than carriers, dreadnoughts, supercarriers and titans from now on (this adjustment is really just a nuance but it may help in some rare situations where big capital ships could have been moving faster into battle after the formation phase compared to battleships)
