Fixed bug with US available forces counter. Count should include troops and available bases

The 4 scores are now auto-calculated (top row)

You will need to manually set the rest accordingly as you do actions.

On the board, the control tokens for each region is automatically calculated based on troops and bases in the region.

Set the support token state in each region accordingly and it'll auto update the score.
