- 3.10.4 update.

- Applied a faction 'fix' (making the diplomatic stance condition more visible) to supremacists that I already had for militarists.

## December 9th

- 3.10.3 update. Was in surgery.

- This was a smaller patch on Paradox's part. I only merged about a half dozen changes.

- Fixed some leftover governor/admiral items in my patch, affecting weights of leader choices for certain factions. Thanks @17blue17
- Tried to make the AI want more scientists. Will see if it means much.

- 3.10.2 update. Apologies for lateness.

- Paradox fixed most of the bad leader checks for megastructure events. Even got a couple I missed, though they also missed a few.

- 3.10.1 Update

- Begun excluding astral scars from all sorts of things they should be excluded from. There are literally hundreds of these so will take awhile. Paradox has also done a handful.
- Removed a couple 'balance' items.
- Fixed some more scope existence errors.
- Enabled special_max_amount = yes for influence (for mods)

- 3.10 Update

- Replaced radius = aura properties with system_wide yes/no as the former longer does anything.

Patch fixes Paradox fixed in 3.10:

- Paradox fixed a small performance bug with one of the factions.
- AI will no longer build habitats if they have one uncolonized (finally).
