1. Unsub Steam version
2. Download tracks above, put in "AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets"
3. Load the game, delete all tracks
4. Delete local copy, resub Steam version.

*** Update of 7th Feb, 2020 ***

- Fixed the issue where networks were one way, despite initially they weren't.

** Explanation

Apparently game does not like when networks are bundled, so it all network elevations (bridge, elevated, tunnel) got the same name, causing them to be mixed. I fixed the issue by giving each network unique name. It should work now.

I paid attention not to break your save games (as updating networks causes that), in case it occured and your savegame is kaputt, use the offline backup I made of original tracks and read instructions.
