3.3c to 3.4

- Modified the weapon damage, splash range, abilities of the romance heroes.

- the outer ethnic buildings provide stockpile a little.

- Reworked Tao Qian's faction resources.

- Fixed Sun Ce's faction mechanic bug.

- Added new abilities, balancing.

- Modified battle, especially collision damage mechanic. Cavalry is good at breaking the formations of enemies. but the collision damage has been reduced a lot. If cavalry can't make the enemy run away, they will be risky.

- Changed reform delay turns to vanilla value. (Now TROM is compatible with the reducing reform delay mods.)

- Changed the captain units to the vanilla.

- Yuan Shu can not use the captain units anymore.

- Changed many unique armour effects. balancing.

- The bandit army gains replenishment in foreign territories when distributing their loots.

- Character satisfaction no longer increases when the faction rank increases.

- The region based army unlock has changed. It is now follower(accessary)-based. If a faction is occupying a certain region for a long time, an incident triggers.

the unit unlock items are classified into the following two types.

1. Colonel

once equipped, it's not possible to unequip.
replaces the user's recruit unit pool with special units. (it means recruitment of these units is restricted according to Wu Xing and character rank.)

Colonel of the Northern Army -
Cao Cao, Yuan Shao can earn this item when the faction leader's rank is 11.
Gongsun Zan has this item at the starting.

Colonel of the Xiliang Army -
The faction occupying the major settlement of Chang'an or Anding gets a chance to earn this item somtime.
Dong Zhuo, lI Jue, Lu Bu (AWB) has this item at the starting.


2. Military Talisman

once equipped, it's not possible to unequip. destroyed after 20 turns. tradeable.
adds the user's recruit unit pool with special units.

Danyang Military Talisman -
The faction occupying the major settlement of Donghai or Xiapi gets a chance to earn this item sometimes.
Tao Qian, Liu Bei (AWB), Liu Bei (FD) has this item at the starting.

Jingchou Military Talisman -
The faction occupying the major settlement of Xianyang, Nanyang, Jiangxia gets a chance to earn this item sometimes.
Liu Biao has this item at the starting.

Sogd Mercenary Military Talisman -
same acquisition path as before. Acquired from the sogd merchants incident.
* there is a possibility that the whole reform mechanic will change completely in version 3.5. this is a long-term plan, but I'm very passionate about it.
it means that unit recruiting can be reform-based again. but the reform will be reworked as a whole, I predict it will be much better than vanilla.
