v4.0 - THE tco patch
-parrystun added to all uncharged strongs
-hitpause added to various moves
-dspecial throws are techable, and dspecial no longer puts you into pratfall
-reduced endlag of aerial fspecial
-fstrong is more consistent, and kills earlier
-ustrong's hitbox is larger, and kills earlier
-adjusted tco's stats, as some of them were... odd
-overall reduced landing lag on aerials
-rocket launcher fires 3 rockets, and the rockets last longer
-shotgun fires 2 times and has a bigger hitbox
-fixed lots of folder bugs
-double tapping nspecial now turns the folder around
-reduced fair and dairs spiking power
