fix w model

Remove muzzle attachment of w model to fix the muzzleflash of w model

Due to Valve has splited the reload sounds for silenced smg,now the custom sounds works

remove the useless flashlight,fold the iron sights back,fix frozen idle anims,add helping hand and item pickup anims,add w model mag change detail

Used sounds from smg one to smg silenced one for the custom sounds work

Put the surefire flashlight to the left rail,add anpeq-15,fully stretch out the stock
