Updated with the Mack dealers, the new Idaho DLC content, as well as a structure change to be in line with 1.38.

Please note that this mod still needs to be activated at profile creation to work, and that existing profiles that were created with this mod enabled won't actually get any of the updated content. To unlock the things for these profiles, you will need to manually edit the your save or use a save editor that supports this functionality.
