v1.75 - Balance Update (Nerfs)

Changes:
* All bone related attacks except strongs, DTILT, and DSPECIAL now have a 9 frame cooldown after the moves end, and none can be used until the cooldown ends; i.e. if you use FTILT, you can't use that move or any other bone attack until around 9 frames after the attack ends. This is to prevent them from being too spammable, but also not have the endlag be too long.

* FTILT, FAIR, BAIR, UTILT - Increased endlag (8 -> 11)

* FAIR, BAIR - Increased landing lag (3 -> 7)

* White Bones & Blue Bones - Removed visual effects when their hitboxes are destroyed

* NAIR - Increased landing lag (6 -> 12)

* NSPECIAL - Increased charge time (55 -> 69)

v1.7 - Balance Update (Buffs)

Changes:
* FAIR, BAIR, UTILT, & FTILT - Reduced endlag (15 -> 8)
* FAIR & BAIR - Reduced landing lag (7 -> 3)
* DAIR - Reduced windup lag (18 -> 14)
* DAIR - Reduced landing lag (9 -> 5)
* NAIR - Reduced landing lag (9 -> 6)
* DTILT - Hitbox knockback now sends towards the center of the hitbox, rather than always being reversed
* DTILT - Decreased cooldown (250 -> 150)
* UTILT - White bones now go as high as blue bones previously did, and vice versa

* USPECIAL - Increased teleportation distance (50 pixels -> 56 pixels)
* NSPECIAL - Hitpause and knockback are no longer scaled by damage on the other players, making it more consistent and reliable in terms of damage, and somewhat better for setups
* NSPECIAL - Decreased charge time (62 -> 55)
* FSPECIAL - Decreased endlag if you fail to catch another player, making the punishment much less harsh (48 -> 32)

Move Change(s):
* UAIR - This move is now a single-hit move where Sans plays his trombone upwards. Not sure how I'm supposed to elaborate more on that.

Balance Changes:
* FSPECIAL - Reduced base knockback when sending enemy player(s) in other directions (8 -> 7)
* FSPECIAL - Reduced knockback scaling when sending enemy players in other directions (0.6 -> 0.5)
* Blue Bones - Reduced damage (5 -> 3)
* Blue Bones - Reduced base knockback (4 -> 3)
* Blue Bones - Reduced knockback scaling (0.6 -> 0.5)
