Dstrong was broken and we have no idea how it happened, anyway:

- Dstrong side hitbox lifetime 5 -> 2
- Dstrong endlag: 10 on hit / 15 on whiff -> 14 on hit / 21 on whiff

- Rolling Nair can now be jump cancelled starting frame 6
- Kirby's Zetter ability should now have the same jump-cancel timing as Zetter's shine
- Nspecial swallowing now properly puts teammates in idle state. This previously broke characters that used armour.
- Too many small visual changes to list them all.
- Fixed Kirby interacting with all obj_article1 instances instead of just MyPuddle.
- Fixed a bug that made Kirby lose Dspecial charge if hit during an aerial.

- Air accel 0.25 -> 0.3

These changes have been made to make Utilt more consistent and useful as a setup tool at all percents. The awkwardly huge hitbox has been toned down in favour of better data in general.

- New utilt hitbox added slightly in front of Kirby
- Utilt hitbox width 72 -> 54
- Utilt x-position -6 -> -12
- Utilt angle 90 -> 85
- Utilt Base KB 6 -> 8
- Utilt KB scaling 0.45 -> 0.3

- Utilt active window length 5 -> 3 (active time is the same, endlag has effectively been reduced by 2)

Extra utility/usability added to Ftilt which basically did nothing except end your combo before.

- Ftilt angle 361 -> 50
- Ftilt damage 9 -> 7

- Dtilt angle 70 -> 80
- Dtilt Base KB 7 -> 9
- Dtilt KB scaling 0.5 -> 0.3

- Dtilt active window 15 -> 13. Hitbox active time is still 10.

Nobody should have to wait 8 frames after releasing a smash attack for the actual hitbox to come out.

- Ustrong post-charge startup reduced from 8 to 3 (overall startup 16 -> 11)
- Ustrong is now slightly stronger (Sweetspot Base KB: 9 -> 11) (Sweetspot KB scaling: 1.1 -> 1.06) (Middle Base KB 8 -> 10) (Sour Base KB: 8 -> 9) (Middle & Sour KB scaling: 1.06 -> 1)

- Fstrong post-charge startup reduced from 6 to 3 (overall startup 16 -> 13)
- Fstrong endlag 12 -> 14
- Fstrong 2 is created 1 frame later to match anim

Dstrong came out frame 20 with TWELVE post charge frames. What?!

- Dstrong pre-charge startup 8 -> 11
- 1 more anim frame moved to pre-charge
- Dstrong post-charge startup 12 -> 4
- Overall Dstrong startup 20 -> 15

Dattack's sour hit is now better in combos and sweetspot is now better at killing. Previously Dattack was a "nothing move" that didn't really do much except pester people.

These changes ideally make Fair more consistent regardless of whether or not all 3 hits connect. Hopefully gives the move some more utility in your combos.

Bair shares its power with Fors Bair whilst being 2 frames slower. We are shortening this gap to 1 frame and moving the body hitbox 2 frames forward in order to squeeze Bair (especially the reverse hit) into some combos where it normally wouldn't fit.

- Dair has a new animation
- Dair multihit now has angle flipper 9
- Dair multihit y-position 64 -> 76

Nspecial should no longer grab from behind.

- Nspecial hitboxes no longer destroy projectiles.

Can't change Base KB of the final hit without allowing even more degen ladder combos.

- Flipper 9 removed from Uspecial.

- Fspecial hitstun multiplier 0.7 -> 0.8

Jet was way too much of a liability to reasonably use in a real game due to the long charge time. This was done to gate Jet Crackle behind a time investment (like Forsburn's combust) which worked, but also removed a lot of Jet's versatility and tech. We are nerfing the power of the Crackle in order to bring back tech like fullhop midcharging and general jet usage in normal play.

- Dspecial charge speed increased from 1.25 to 2
- Dspecial explosion KB scaling 1.05 -> 1
