Happy Halloween Update!

- New expansion to the underground mine, complete with a small pillar puzzle.
-New item "The Cliff-Racer Sword" with unique enchantment.
-New item "Crown of Morrowind" with unique enchantment.
-New journal entries and backstories
-Lighting reworked
-AI bugs and tweaks

- Added more Lanterns on the right side of the shack.
-Added a banner-holding bar to the sign in the front of the house
- Now sells a few bits of armor from Morrowind
-AI bugs and quirks fixed
-A few of the lights on the inside redone to make it brighter and more Morrowind-ish (red lights from Solstheim)
-Added a Cliffracer (No not the bird, calm down) on the shelf in the counter.
-Other fixes I can't remember :P

- Added a new assistant Khajiit with Journal backstory included. Will train you in pickpocketing up to Level 80
- Rearraged many things and added more shelves and tools
- AI Functions better
- More stuff being sold
- New Gold Cellar/Mine underneath the shack
- Lighting tweaked a bit
- Other bugs and fixes
