Removed flare button since it can't be used during observing.
Player names and god names can no longer overlap in the unit stat panel.

Added 2 functions to the toggle button which previously could only toggle current / total resources.
Now it can also toggle between units / buildings lost and units / buildings killed.
This means that the original limitations of this UI are now removed and everything which is visible in the default UI
is now also visible in this UI.
