- fixed an error with advisor_notification_alien_empire_communication though it's still not playing for some reason (thanks to oldent85 for finding an issue here)
- fixed an error with advisor_notification_spacebourne_encounter that should work now
- removed advisor_notification_special_project_available since there seems to be no trigger to fire it.
- changed compatibility from 2.3.3 to 2.3.* so the mod should be compatible for other 2.3 versions (thanks to Marcius Nhasty for the information)
