Polishing Update
The Umbreon/Espeon update was mostly good in its main features, but some unproper balancing issues and some bugs surfaced alongside due to somewhat of a rush to get it out. This update cleans up (most) important bugs in the update while also getting some cool additions!

Additions
  • Umbreon now has shiny markings on their legs! This was supposed to be the case initially but I forgot to add it to the body costume.
  • Unique tear variants and sfx! Flareon and Jolteon have been given some sfx, and Umbreon and Espeon have been given unique tear sfx AND sprites! Note that Espeon's sprite does not scale due to the way the tear was made, so it'll always stay the same size.
  • Any items/pills that would add/change your costume now properly works with Eevee.
  • Keys and Bombs of all types now give Happiness!
  • Compatibility with the No Costumes Mod! I mean there's no point to having it on while playing as Eevee since literally every costume has been put on the whitelist but I went and did it anyway.

Changes
  • Everything that previously added Happiness has been buffed in value! It should be easier to gain max Happiness now.
  • Changed the amount of Happiness that coins give.
  • When starting a run as shiny, you get a sparkle effect on Eevee!
  • General improvements to code.

Bug Fixes
  • Vitamins work properly, and on all characters! Enjoy the stats.
  • Fixed Happiness Emoticon not appearing when expanding the map while playing on a controller.
  • Fixed coins not adding the proper amount of Happiness when there's coins of different types in the same room. It would previously increase the value based on the lowest valued coin in the room.
  • Fixed your costume being reset upon exiting the game and continuing a run as Eevee.
  • Fixed Flareon's ears being spread apart too far when firing upwards.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed the Fire, Water, and Thunder Stones showing up in runs with characters other than Eevee.
  • Fixed the faint sound effect not playing

Changes:
  • Made the sfx for taking damage and dying have its updates happen much more frequently. This means less instances of hearing the default sfx.

The Espeon and Umbreon Update:

Additions

  • 2 New evolutions: Espeon and Umbreon. Increase your happiness through various means (which can be tracked by holding the map button. TAB by default) and head to either the Angel or Devil room to touch a beam of light and evolve into the appropiate evolution.
  • Vitamins that increase your stats! There's one for every stat. Find them in the treasure room, boss pool, or the shop.
  • Flight costumes! No longer shall you walk in the air. Don a modified version of the Sky Dash vehicle from Let's Go Eevee upon picking up any flight items.
  • Shinies! You have a 1/10 chance to start a run as shiny. This also affects the evolutions too, and even the flight costumes!
  • DEBUG ITEMS! Type "g gain" or "g remove" in the debug console in order to change what eeveelution you are and if you are shiny or not.

Changes
  • All main head sprites have been modified. More specifically the nose has been made smaller and ears are more detailed and closer together.
  • The way evolution works have been changed and now extremely streamlined. It's now truly impossible for you to evolve into any eeveelution if you are already one (with the exception of the debug items, which force it)
  • Evolution stones SHOULD now show up 3x as much in all item pools! You're welcome.

Bug Fixes
-Fixed the Swift Star's sfx replacing anything else that uses the default tear firing sfx.

New Stuff
-Eevee's Shadow Ball has been replaced with a Swift Star. Fully equipped with a new tear sprite and tear splash (both animated) and sound effects that replace the normal tear firing and splashing sounds. Main mechanics of Eevee's tear stays as is. (Incubus does not have this new sprite)
-All Eeveelutions have their own spritesheet! No longer will you devolve for a short moment upon doing anything other than walking or firing.
-Evolution Stones have been added to the Greed Shop and Secret Room Item Pools
-An edit of Eevee to look like my Eevee OC is available if you turn isSanio to true inside the mod's main.lua.

Changes
-All of the sprites have consistent coloring, most notably the pure black outlines have been changed to the normally very dark red that all character sprites use.
-All of the sprites have been adjusted in order to give most of them double thick outlines on the "neck fluff", and if this wasn't the case before, the arms are visible on all sprites even with the double thick outlines.
-Most if not all of my code is now more organized and compact! I also left plenty of notes inside, so take a look if you're interested in giving modding a try or you're just interested in how some stuff works!
-Eevee's tail has been very slightly adjusted on its downward walking animation
-I was given a custom-made "cache handler" which basically handles all the stats. This fixes any problems with stat calculation. Due to this new handler, Eevee and Jolteon have been slightly indirectly nerfed.
-Instead of all costumes being layered behind Eevee and the Eeveelution costumes, they are removed entirely. Now you can perfectly keep the look of your precious vee, vap, jolt, and flar!

Bug Fixes
-Fixed any cases of the Evolution Stones showing up when they shouldn't (If you aren't Eevee, have already obtained a stone, etc)
-Even if you manage to obtain the other Evolution Stones, you will not evolve if you haven't already evolved.
-Missing No. will no longer reset your costume upon entering a new floor. As for the Eeveelutions, your spritesheet would also normally be reset. This has also been prevented.
-If this wasn't already fixed, Eevee and all Eeveelutions aren't offset from the base sprite.
-Jolteon's custom tear sprite no longer appears as a regular tear for a single frame. However, Incubus will still have this problem and cannot be fixed as per Isaac API limitation.

Other
-Credits in main.lua have been updated and changed slightly
-Thank you to one of the Four Souls Card Artists, Tikara the Mew, for creating the thumbnail as per commission. It'll be updated as the other Eeveelutions are added!

-Made it so Fire Mind/Jacob's Ladder are also removed if you aquire Flareon/Jolteon respectively.
-Eevee's body has been added to the body costume, so any items that change the body sprite no longer show.
Additional Note:
You are very likely to have 2 Eevees to select from inside the Character Menu if you were subscribed to this mod before the big update adding the first 3 Eeveelutions. I changed the mod name inside the code so it would just be Eevee and not Character Eevee. Please delete Character Eevee, as its all part of the mod before the big Eeveelution update. This is a 1-time thing.

-Eevee can no longer find Jacob's Ladder upon evolving into Jolteon. This caused the game to instead apply the next tear effect in line at 100%, which was Little Horn's effect, always instantly killing every enemy.
-Eevee can no longer find Fire Mind upon evolving into Flareon...I mean it makes sense, why would you want it?

Eevee Mod 2.0!
-Added the first 3 Eeveelutions: Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon!
-Each Eeveelution can be obtained only when playing as Eevee and can be found in the Shop. You are only allowed one Evolution Stone per run.
-Fixed up Eevee's sprite a little
-Fixed lack of proper damage and fire delay multiplier. You should be able to gain and lose damage/fire delay just fine now
-The entire Workshop page has been revamped to be more on level with the effort put into this mod.
