Changed the way damage increases and changed all items and heroes accordingly: damage now increases in fractions. A hero gains one main damage when his fractional damage is maxed, then he resets his fractional damage to zero. Intelligent and strength heroes roll a d6, agility heroes roll a d4, to determine if they score 1 extra damage with their fractional damage (in addition to their main damage). Leveling up and buying items provide fractional damage. Additionally, heroes gain fractional damage based on the following:
Intelligence heroes gain 1 fractional damage (tracked using a d6) for every odd point of max mana that they gain (marked on their mana bars)
Strength heroes gain 1 fractional damage (tracked using a d6) fractional damage for every even point of max HP that they gain (marked on their HP bars)
Agility heroes only gain fractional damage from explicit sources, but they gain it on a d4, making their gain faster

Talents now come in addition to learning a spell on the same level

Pushing power now increases lane creep attack damage. All pushing power values were adjusted for this change

Reduced the width of hero sheets and the max level/cooldown/duration to 7. All experience values, items costs, cooldowns, and durations were updated accordingly.

Hero ultimates are now available on level 3, previously level 3 spells are now available on level 4.

The item card limit per hero is now 4 cards instead of 5. A few items don't count against hand limit anymore, these items are marked with a slashed hand icon

Changed the starting state of the board and deployment track and updated the TTS mode accordingly

Balance Updates:

Reduced the progression of all hero's HP, mana, and damage from gaining new levels

Towers:
Increased tier-2 towers damage from 6 to 8
Increased tier-2 towers HP from 40 to 52
Reduced tier-1 towers HP from 30 to 26

Ursa Warrior:
Fury Swipes now start dealing damage from the second attack onwards
Reduced level 5 mana regeneration talents from 1 mana regeneration to 0

Dragon Knight:
Dragon Blood's level 1 HP regeneration from 1 to 0.5
Breathe Fire level 2 now reduces
Dragon Tail now slows on levels 1 and 2 and deals 1 extra damage on level 3
Reduced level 5 mana regeneration talents from 1 mana regeneration to 0.5

Shadow Fiend:
Necromaster: changed the way Necromastery provides damage improving the spell

Items:
Changed Eul's Scepter's text
Moonshard now deals 1 less damage with its secondary attack
Reduced Slippers, Gauntlets, and Mantle's costs from 4 to 3 starting points
Reduced the mana regeneration on each of the following items from 1 to 0.5: Orchid, Battle Fury, and Linken's Sphere
Removed the extra damage to intelligence heroes from each of the following items: Shiva's Guard, Scythe of Vyce, and Dagon 2
