Updated to be compatible with patch 1.2
+ Many changes to the mod files have been made by the patch, mainly new code snippets to account for the new functions/buttons. All affected files have been updated and most, if not all resulting missalignments have been resolved. Report problems in positioning or any other in the discussion thread.

Small fixes to positioning and sizes of some windows and backgrounds:
+ Background for selecting rivals does not overlap the list of countries in diplomacy view anymore.
+ Religion window now correctly uses the entire expanded space
+ Adjustment to positioning of some text labels.
