Updated for compatibility with patch 1.7

General adjustments for compatibility with patch 1.6.1 and latest expansion (WoN).

+ Fixes for minor legacy bugs from 1.5.1

Report misalignments or adjustments in the comments section.

Hotfix to adjust small misalignments:

+ Score should show correctly now for four digit score
+ Repay loan item should not overlap with expiration date anymore
+ Quick build interface should not show overlaps between unit to be built and number of available units.

Updated for compatibility with patch 1.5!

Some misalignments of text/icons/labels may occur... please report them in the comments section, I will adjust those gradually.

Updated to fix small misalignments:

+ Colonisation panel buttons now do not overlap, and the Send button has the same size and shape as the Abandon button.
+ Monarch points text labels now correctly show values higher than 999 (4 digits)
+ New Subjects window extended for 1920 x 1080, plus adjustments to text/data labels to correctly show larger Verdana fonts (thanks Zebez for the new extended window background)
+ Small adjustments to the Province window.

Yet another small update:
+ Finally got rid of those pesky asterisks used to signal met requirements in decisions and triggered modifiers... check it out.

Fixed an issue with the new idea groups (patch 1.2) not showing descriptions or labels when Better UI is activated.
