Bugfix for disbanding units returning the total number of men of that unit type in the whole army, instead of just the disbanded unit.

Tribute for the Viking Sea Kings now works. Gain tribute by raiding, sacking, having vassals, or through events. Tribute can be spent on events to gain influence, foreign warrior population, and units, including the Sea Captain and Saekongur.

We've also added a few new events and fixed some misc bugs.

Mierce and Wessex starting missions are now working.
