New Tags
- Two new tags; Belgium and the Rhineland
- The Rhineland is only available during the French Revolutionary Wars (to represent the Confederation of the Rhine)
- Belgium will appear in the Belgian areas that France must concede after the Congress of Vienna
- Other than that, the tags are unavailable

French Revolutionary Wars
- Added the Wars of the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Coalitions as well as a generic Napoleonic Coalition War
- Revised many of the French Revolutionary decisions
- Added an event about the Death of Napoleon if he dies as ruler

- Updated for patch 1.30.2

- Sinop, Kastamonu and Canik are now Pontic Greek instead of standard Greek
- Trebizond now starts with a core on Sinop, Kastamonu and Canik
- Candar now has Pontic Greek as an accepted culture instead of standard Greek
- Greece now gains a core on Edirne when the Greek cores event happens (as Edirne was cut off from main Anatolian Turkish cores if it wasn't)

French Revolutionary Wars
- Added the War of the Second Coalition
- Spain can join France during the war of the Second Coalition
- Fixed bugs with Napoleon not triggering the proper decision for the French Revolutionary Wars
- Fixed a number of decisions related to the French Revolutionary Wars

- Institution fixes
- Russian AI will now only colonise the Kuril Islands, Sakhalin and Alaska
- Australia will only be colonised by the AI if it is after 1750 if they are not England, Great Britain or the Netherlands

Institution Changes
- Massively reworked how the Industrialization institution starts and subsequently spreads

Revolution Changes
- Huge changes for the French Revolution (see below)
- The Centre of the Revolution now only spawns after 1780
- The Revolution disasters now only occur after 1780
- France, as a Rev. Republic or Rev. Empire, will now more likely pick certain government reforms
- France is now likely going to be the only one that really turns Revolutionary unless through French conquests via the Coalition Wars (see below)

French Revolution Revised
- The Global Unrest for the French Revolution has been drastically reduced from 10 to 1 (this does not apply to the standard Revolution disaster)
- Revised the French Revolution event chain, it now has more events but is slightly more linear and Napoleon will always appear
- Napoleon's arrival is now the only way to end the French Revolution (besides it being ended via specials decision or peace deal)
- Napoleon will now be a General for you to use during the First Coalition War
- The War of the First Coalition type war is now a thing (more wars like this hopefully in the future)
- Added Triggered Modifier for Revolutionary France to buff them even more due to Coalition War(s) (will look at balancing if feedback feels it's too much)
- Added multiple decisions for Revolutionary France to reflect their historical conquests
- The Congress of Vienna is now a thing and will apply once the French Revolution has been dismantled
