- Updated for 1.31.5
- Temporarily increase Governing capacity for all government ranks to account for lack of AI sensibilities when it comes to holding or annexing territories with the latest patches
- Will be removed once the AI has been addressed in this regard (if it ever does)

Decisions
- Reforming the Golden Horde no longer requires you to subjugate the Russian provinces

Events
- Fixed Hungary not being in a PU under Austria under certain conditions
- If France successfully occupies all English possessions in France except Calais, then France will end the war with England and annex those territories

Institutions
- Redone the spreading for Renaissance, Colonialism, Printing Press and Global Trade to be more even globally
- Technology should now be more even than previously until the late game institutions, which is heavily geared for Europeans
- Primitives, Tribes and Nomadic tech nations still have a major disadvantage with all institutions

Monuments
- Several monuments have been adjusted to account for additional cultures

Trade Companies
- Bermuda is now a part of the West Indies Charter

Colonial
- Colonial Mid-West has been established from the Western portion of Colonial Eastern America and North-Eastern portion of Colonial Louisiana
- The area 'High Plains' is now completely in Colonial Mexico
- Colonial Central America has been created from the Southern portion of Colonial Mexico
- The Colonial Caribbean has been reduced to just Cuba and Hispaniola
- The remaining provinces have becomes part of the Caribbean Charter for establishing Trade Companies
- Colonial Guyana no longer exists and has been remerged with Colonial Colombia and Colonial Brazil
- The provinces which comprise of modern day Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana having become part of the Guyanese Charter for establishing Trade Companies

Countries
- England and Great Britain are more likely to get monarch names in conjunction with their historical monarch names

Cultures
- The Occitano-Romance and the Franco-Provençal culture groups have been disbanded and their cultures have been returned to mostly French or Iberian (in Catalan's case)

Decisions
- Russia can be formed if a subject owns any of the desired provinces
- Fixed an issue where every Pagan in the world would be able to see the Empire of China decision
- Canada and Quebec's decisions have been tweaked so that Native Americans can never do them (as sometimes they change tech groups when reforming)
- Fixed some formable nation decisions for the New World to account for the Colonial region changes

Disasters
- The stability requirements for the French Revolution and normal Revolution disasters has been removed from its starting conditions

Events
- Fixed the Manchu Rebellion event triggering for Manchu and Qing itself
- Added a series of events relating to European traders in Europe (because apparently they AI hates buying ports in India)
- Afonso de Albuquerque will now appear for Portugal if the "Conquest of Goa" event is triggered
- The Centre of Revolution Event to spawn it has additional conditions just in case France is not strong enough to do anything about it
- Reworked the generic Revolution into an alternate event chain for when France doesn't get the Revolution

Great Works
- Added the Theodosian Walls to Constantinople
- Added the Aurelian Walls to Rome

Institutions
- Added another Global Trade modifier spread for European Ports regarding owning a province in West Africa as well as New World Colonial Nation
- Fixed a number of issues regarding institution spreading

Missions
England/Great Britain
- England/Great Britain gains a permanent claims on Eastern North America and the Hudson Bay when it discovers it
- They also gain Surat if it's not owned by a European nation already when they discover India (otherwise it's a random coastal province they get in India)
- In addition, completing the "Colonize Spice Islands" missions gives an event about Singapore and the Bengal Delta

France
- France gains claims on Canada and Mississippi when it discovers America
- France also gains claims on the Great Lakes and the Great Plains when it has completed the "Mississippi Company" mission
- When France completes their mission to discover India, they get their own "French East India Company" event

Netherlands
- The "Support the Bulk Trades" mission now requires only 25% instead of 33% trade power in the Lubeck trade node
- The "Invest in the Rich Trades" mission now requires only 25% trade power in the Ivory Coast trade node instead of the strongest power

Portugal
- Portugal now gains Calicut instead of Goa when they discover India and finish the "Push to India" mission
- Portugal also gains Vasgo da Gama instead of Afonso de Albuquerque when they discover India and finish the "Push to India" mission
- The Portuguese mission "Portuguese Malabar" now can be finished if you own Calicut, Kochin and Cannanore
- The missions "Portuguese Oman" and "Conquer Hormuz" have been swapped (to reflect their historical acquisition order) and have been adjusted to compensate

Culture
- Altered names of some Cultures and Culture Groups to better represent what the culture group actually is based on real world classification
- Northerner culture provinces added to Northern England
- Frisian is now in the Anglo-Frisian Culture Group (renamed from British)
- Gascon, Occitan and Catalan are now in a new Culture Group (Occitano-Romance)
- Added Friulian to Venetia and Romansh to Eastern Switzerland
- Added Franco-Provençal group around Switzerland and Southeastern France
- Added Moldavian and renamed Romanian to Wallachian
- Added Cappadocian Greek to a couple of provinces in Central Anatolia
- The Northeast Caucasian culture group (was simply Caucasian) has been split up
- Tunisian, Algerian and Moroccon are now in the Arabic culture group
- Added Assyrian Coptic provinces to a couple of provinces in the Middle East
- Added a couple of Coptic Egyptian Coptic provinces to Eastern Egypt
- Uyghur and Uzbek are now a part of the "Karluk Turkic" culture group
- Added some Iranian cultures
- Added a Kurdish province in Khorasan
- Reworked the Indian Culture groups
- Yakut is now in it's own Culture group (Siberian Turkic)
- Samoyed and Ostyak are now in their own culture group (Siberian Ugric)
- Aborginal is now in its own culture group

Decisions
- Forming the Sultanate of Rum no longer requires Constantinople, Kocaeli (Nikomedia) or Erzurum
- It also no longer require Byzantium and the Ottomans to be dead
- It now requires you to own Teke (Attalia)

Events
- Ladislaus Postumous' premature death as heir of Austria whilst either Hungary or Bohemia are in a personal union will separate the countries upon his death
- Napoleon is now rightfully Corsican instead of Sardinian
- Added some events that adjusts the culture of certain provinces after a certain time
- For Russia, when the Peter the Great reforms event happens, enacting the reforms will change the technology group to Western

Government
- If Russia is in the Western technology group with the Tsardom or Principality reform, it will be called an Empire instead of a Tsardom (but will not lot the Tsardom reform)

Missions
- The mission "Restore the Theme System" for Byzantium will now change the culture of Bozok/Cappadocia into Cappadocian Greek
- It will also add some more name changes for Eastern Anatolian provinces

Provinces
- Greek province names will now be restore to individual provinces upon reconquest by a Greek if another naming convention does not override it
- The Greek provinces have had their city names reverted to the Greek one
- This is to reflect the recency of the Turkish conquests and that some cities had not been fully Turkified yet
- Anatolian Turkish provinces have not been affected by this city name change
- Antakiya's city name, Antakya, is now Antioch (province name unaffected)
- Al Quds city name, Al Quds, is now Jerusalem (province name unaffected)
