- Iceland can now be formed only with less than 5 provinces (up from 4)

PRUSSIA CHANGES
- Created event about the Duchy of Prussia if Poland/Commonwealth owns East Prussia
- The event will release the Teutonic Order in East Prussia and make them form Prussia as a duchy and a march under Poland/Commonwealth

- The event for Brandenburg forming a Personal Union over Prussia has been revised slightly
- If Prussia has been made a vassal, and not a march, by Poland/Commonwealth, then the event can fire
- Prussia and Brandenburg will be required to have the same dynasty for this to occur
- The event can now fire for players of Prussia too, not just AI

- The decision for Brandenburg to form Prussia has been modified to allow forming Prussia if the duchy of Prussia is under you (Brandenburg) in a personal union
- The decision also required Administrative Technology 20 to reflect the later stages of the game when Kingdom of Prussia was historically formed (1701 IRL)
- There is nothing stopping Brandenburg from integrating Prussia normally but they would still require either Stolp or Danzig (or war!)

POLAND-LITHUANIA/COMMONWEALTH CHANGES
- Poland-Lithuania will no longer turn into an Elective Monarchy immediately upon choosing the Jagiellon
- The Elective Monarchy event will now be triggered if Pol-Lith/PLC has the Jagiellon dynasty by no heir. This will kill the current ruler and put Henry de Valois in charge and then enable the Elective Monarchy
- The Elective Monarchy is now a major event, so everybody can know
- If a new monarch ascends to the Polish-Lithuanian/Commonwealth throne and they are not of the Jagiellon dynasty, the "Pacta Conventa and the Henrykian Articles" event will be triggered

SWEDEN CHANGES
- Sweden now gains permenant claims on Neva (St. Petersburg) and Ingermanland when they complete "The Baltic Fleet" mission
- Sweden and Denmark are now Historical Rivals (primarily to make it more likely for Swedish independence)

REFORMATION CHANGES
- The first Protestant Centre of Reformation will now always spawn in Wittenberg
- The base conversion speed for Centre's of Reformation has been reduced from 5 to 3

EVENT CHANGES
- Isabella of Castille is significantely more likely to be chosen as heir by the AI in the event

- Muscovy/Russia is now heavily inclined to pick Defensive Ideas as their first idea group.
