Removed ranged debuff from hood

I changed the combat defense to 2 not -2 its -2 now xD

changed the faceplates coverage to 60, yeah i changed it after just chaning it, welcome to modding with me.
this is because yeah its less realistic but i felt removing 25% was a bit much because people do use these and i dont want to scare them away from this mod
now its removing 15% hope you enjoy better now!

Removed attack penalty from hood and made the defense -2
