Added the ability to turn off certain Shadow Magic Workers for Shadow Magic (+ Filter).
Added the ability to set max amount of Shadow Magic Workers for Shadow Magic (+ Filter).
Tweaks will now apply to Character Items even if their owner character is not present in the world.
Custom Filters no longer require Structures to craft Structures-Specific items.
Minor fixes to other issues.
