Added killicon and swep icon as well as moved the whip into "Other" category in weapons.

Tweaked the range and damage up so that you slightly have a further range and deal more damage.

This should be the last update GRANTED that the whip functions as it should and that all files have been updated to work properly.

Fixed the addon so that it SHOULD work in both single-player and multi-player servers.
