improved type checking and print errors when adding to or modifying the allowed_actions list
tools category is no longer referenced in wait function, only noworkdelay is checked now
(the applicable tools actions were added to noworkdelay category)
tools category is now only used for ensuring a delay when a tool breaks
deploy on grid improved to better match geometric placement's axis aligned grid
added deployment of structures, spacing is currently 2 or 4 depending on the structure (for now)
added an auto fisher which functions separately from the normal selection queue
(shift + click on 1+ ponds with fishing rods in your inventory to begin fishing)
(lag compensation needs to be disabled for the auto fisher to work)
fixed being unable to catch a butterfly with lag compensation on
