● added nav mesh (for bots)

● added a new ladder
● added new decals
● replaced shelf with chair and furniture
● train sound now only plays at the back of the train
● Lambda visited the train
● prop optimization (fade distance)
● elevator less noisy
● fixed some doors only opening when being touched (now use + touch)
● fixed some AI nodes
