-Adjusted all created minor faction biome spawns and roaming patrols to be conditional upon their faction leader's health.

-Adjusted the Cannibals to have them actually consume and eat their victims alive, as intended.

-Overhauled the Deadcat faction and their respective towns, worldstates, and overrides.

-Tweaked coexistence between the factions residing in The Hub somewhat.

-Adjusted skeleton building interiors to utilize only metal instead of wood materials.

-Adjusted all minor faction bar squads to be regenerative.

-Tweaked all the created minor faction character's weapon level spawns.

-Various small tweaks and fixes.
